Our market leading, highly reputable Top National Legal firm client is looking to offer an exciting opportunity to a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join their office in Newcastle. Our client is keen to speak to solicitors that are 6 years PQE, experienced in Commercial Property and are looking to move into a leading firm in order to further their career. This is a highly reputable firm who are industry leaders and who rank highly in Chambers UK. Their Real Estate team are looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to provide a complete range of legal and advisory service on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector. Day to day duties include advising on and drafting heads of terms, development agreements and associated construction, planning and site disposal matters, funding arrangements, freehold transfer and associated due diligence procedures, grant assignment and lease renewals. This firm's clients range from investors, developers, infrastructure operators, major retailers, leisure operators, local authorities, the education sector and healthcare providers.
