Field Service Engineer Permanent Position Competitive salary as well as paid overtime Fully expensed van, performance bonus Home based but covering along the M4 corridor Our client is a specialist in the Electrical Engineering field across numerous industries and are now looking for a Service Engineer to cover their customer sites along the M4 corridor. With a fully expensed car and paid overtime, along with some very competitive OTE earnings, this role is for someone who is electrically minded and looking for a developing company to work for. Field Service Engineer Job Description Commission, repair, rebuild and service electrical equipment for various industries Carry out on-site diagnostics and corrective actions Home based but will require travelling to different customer sites based along the M4 Corridor. Communicate and manage customer contacts when on site Follow Service Manager instructions to attend different locations Ensuring work is carried out to engineering and manufacturer specification as/when required You will be expected to inspect/check on your own work to ensure equipment performs satisfactorily, safely and operationally before handing over to the customer You will be working with high level of technical data Occasional trip to main head office (South Yorkshire area) as/when required Essential Skills Understanding and experience with electrical capital equipment Strong level of fault finding and repair knowledge Qualified to work in an electrical hazardous areas Ability to work independently Field Service Engineer Desirable Skills Qualified Electrical Engineer (ONC / HNC / BTEC Level 3 is desirable)
