We’re looking for a super-duper Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our team and make us complete You will currently be a Temp Resourcer . Providing a very consultative recruitment service to clients and candidates. Working in a Niche Team, with hands on, full support Management. Responsible: Implementation and Improvement of existing Temporary procedures Temp Administration including: Applications, ID, right to work, Timesheets, Contracts Booking sheets, Charts (Cloud based) paperless Sourcing of Candidates Job boards, Head hunting use of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram Booking of Client visits Assisting with Permanent placements Networking Social Media including job post adverts & videos Characteristics Super organised Competent with all Temp systems and procedures Ability to go above and beyond Highly articulate, cold call, business presentations Professional Fun Self-starter Call now
