Some of your duties will include: - Supporting the Accounts Manager and assisting with the day to day management of the purchase ledger - Matching, batching, coding and processing a high volume of supplier invoices on a daily basis - Forwarding invoices to relevant line Manager to obtain authorisation for payment approval - Reconciling supplier statements and processing cheque or BACs payments on a weekly basis - Dealing with any payment or invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved - Assisting with month-end and year-end process and the preparation of creditor reports Burton, Bolton & Rose only have the resources to respond to candidates who are suitable for the role advertised.
