Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Salesforce Delivery Manager, who wants to show their talents to the world. Our client is a Silicon Valley owned Salesforce Partner, who is aggressively growing throughout the UK and Europe. As their Salesforce Delivery Manager, you'll be part of a new team helping to shape and grow the project delivery team. In return you will be able to work remotely from home and client site. This role is unable to provide sponsorship, and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. SKILLS You skills should include: - The ability to lead project team meetings and meetings with the customer - Able to establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmap - Manage budgets, planning, timelines, resources, scope, change requests, status reporting - Skilled at driving process analysis and process redesign - Able to produce detailed project plans EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS As the Salesforce Delivery Manager your experience should include: - Deep experience using AGILE delivery methodology - Deep experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development - Deep experience implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce.com CRM applications on schedule and within budget - Deep experience being directly responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule - Ability to extract and document business and technical requirements and to produce detailed project plans and estimates RESPONSIBILITIES As the Salesforce Delivery Manager you will own and champion nominated processes and procedues; co-ordinate and scope required changes to delivery and assist with preparing bids and proposals. QUALIFICATIONS Salesforce.com Admin Certification (ADM201) Salesforce.com Sales or Service Cloud (Consultant certification)
