Overview
Business Summary The business is going through a period of strong growth and therefore they are on a lookout for a passionate engineer who is looking to take the next step in their engineering career. Great machine shop, old school in terms of having strong team of experienced engineers. You will be tasked to set and operate Fanuc controlled 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines. You will be taught how to fully program on the machines. If you already do possess programming skills, even better Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate: >Previous precision engineering background >Strong CNC Milling experience >Manual Lathe and Mill experience would be ideal >Ability to set and operate 3 axis CNC Milling machines using Fanuc controls - programming on the controls would be advantageous >Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings >Work to tight tolerances and high standards >Worked with various materials ferrous and non - ferrous metals In return, our client is offering: Stability / Longevity - Permanent position >Competitive salary - £12 - £14.50 p/h depending on experience >Hours: 40 per week If you are interested in this position and would like to apply, please submit your most up to date CV to CNC Setter, CNC Operator, CNC Set Operate,CNC Miller Programmer.
