Overview
SHOWROOM MANAGER We are looking to recruit a Showroom Manager who loves beautiful furniture and home accessories BUT, most importantly who thrives on sales targets – and understands how to build a successful winning team. We are interested in people with the following: •Experience in Retail Management or Sales Management •Great communication skills •Excellent leadership and Coaching Skills •Demonstrable track record for achieving goals •Resilient and willing to go the extra mile for your customers and your team •Commercially astute – know your numbers. Job Overview •Manage and motivate your team to achieve sales targets •Recruitment, HR and resource planning to include rota and holiday scheduling •Conduct weekly and quarterly performance reviews •Work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure company policies are followed •Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met •Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues – this is by way of sales floor management. •Ensuring all room settings and displays are immaculate at all times. •Housekeeping – ensure all tasks for housekeeping are carried out and split evenly between the team •Benefits: •Excellent Salary •Excellent career progression and development opportunities •Pension after qualifying period •28 days holiday per annum •Annual Bonus •Significant discounts off in store purchases •Job Type: Full Time – 40 Hours per week, Working 5 days out of 7.
