Overview
We are looking for an experienced Children`s Registered Home Manager who is looking for a new job opportunity paying £35,000- £40,000DOE including a bonus structure based in the Northampton area. This is for a children`s residential home within an established organisation that are looking for someone to be a part of opening a new service as the Registered Manager, using their years worth of experience and knowledge to help with the registration of the home. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager within the children`s sector, who is not afraid to get stuck in and make a difference. You will have experience working with children and young people with EBD and complex needs and hold a Level 5 Leadership and Management Children's Residential qualification or equivalent. We are looking for candidates that hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent alongside a minimum of 2 years as a Registered Manager within a children`s residential home with EBD, challenging and complex needs. You will have extensive knowledge of Ofsted and ideally experience opening a new service. You will need to be a driver with ideally already having business insurance.
