Are you looking for a new role? A rare opportunity has arisen to join a reputable Independent firm in East Bristol. Our client are seeking an experienced Estate Agent for a well established flagship branch. Looking for a Branch Manager to work alongside the Director, you will be managing an enthusiastic and successful team. Duties of the role will include: Managing the day to day running of the estate agency Increasing revenue and profitability through achievements of business and personal targets Managing and developing a team to fill their full potential and enable them to meet and exceed targets set Listing and selling properties Ensuring business is compliant Marketing Essential requirements for this role include previous experience in a Assistant Manager/Manager role within a successful Estate Agency as well as excellent knowledge of the property market.
