Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team but work within a large warehouse environment at this local distribution company as a Warehouse Operative. This is a fully functioning busy warehouse and the successful Warehouse Operative duties are will include but not restricted to: Following deadlines and working within a strict timeframe Picking and packing multiple orders and ensuring they are wrapped, packed and duly labelled for transportation When completing pick orders reporting any damaged goods, products or packaging to a Supervisor/ Manager and removing the faulty goods Handling goods in, scanning stock and putting goods away Dealing with goods out, palletising orders and shrink-wrapping them. Forklift experience or a current Counterbalance forklift licence would be of great advantage but is not essential. As a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative hours of work will be 8.00-17.00 Monday - Friday.
