Overview
My client is currently recruiting for a number of positions in a production plant based in Sowerby Bridge. Experience in a manufacturing/factory setting is required to be considered for the role. Working on a 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm shift pattern on a rotating basis. There may also be the opportunity for night work for the right candidate. Duties will include but not be limited to : Ideally operating a forklift truck (Counterbalance license desirable) Mixing ingredients and operating an industrial mixing machine (ability to follow recipes and basic maths skills is essential) Labouring with adhoc tasks around the plant Cleaning and keeping a tidy and hazard free work space The pay rate will begin at £8.21 per hour but will subject to a review following a successful probation period with attendance related bonuses.
