We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has been working in a warehouse environment and is looking for progression to a customers support to process orders and deal with customers’ enquiries. Responsibilities and Duties: Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders over the phone and email as well as processing them with accuracy and timeliness Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Providing customers with expert help and advice Raising quotations and sales proposals Following up customers Ordering materials from suppliers Informing clients of unforeseen delays and problems Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Looking after show room Warehouse duties Sales order processing i.e. calling email / call warehouse for dispatch Liaising with internal departments and customers on a day to day basis regarding general queries, product availability etc. Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Other ad hoc administrative duties Processing Orders from the website and other online platforms Communication with customers on the status of their order by telephone and email Communicating with the multiple warehouses, technical team, couriers etc Qualifications and Skills Excellent customer service skills Very strong communications skills, both written and verbal A positive and can-do attitude Team player Friendly, patient and able to work in a fast-paced environment Attentive to detail Problem solver Experience in a similar role and market knowledge would be highly advantageous Experience in warehouse is a must. Good competency in the use of IT including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and) and Sales Order systems. This is a full-time position is based in Neasden, Wembley 7 mins walk from Neasden station. Hours are 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm
