2nd Line Support Engineer - Gain Azure/Powershell Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer that enjoys supporting high availability systems? Do you want to gain experience with the cloud? Work closely with DevOps Engineers? Then read on A Scaling Saas firm based in Marketing space are rapidly scaling their technical team and are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to come in and support all of their internal infrastructure. As the company grows there is a need to have a specialised Windows systems Administrator focusing on supporting, maintaining and improving the internal infrastructure. The number of internal applications and users is increasing and the 2nd Line Support Engineer will be coming in to not only support the current users but focusing on projects by looking at way to drive improvements to the current systems. This will include cloud migrations, powershell automation and monitoring updates. The role will also focus on 1/2/3rd line support varying from ensuring all internal hardware and software systems are running through to troubleshooting the windows servers on which these internal systems are running. What will the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer have: Knowledge of Windows Server Experience supporting internal applications Experience supporting windows Desktop understanding of networking fundamentals. Keen desire to learn.
