Overview
Help us change people's lives As a Care Assistant in Wokingham, Henley-on-Thames, Readingand the surrounding areas, you'll love the fast-pace and variety that comes with supporting the day-to-day lives of residents in a range of establishments in your area. This role will give you a unique opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our service users and help them with a range of daily living activities. These will vary but include personal care, clinical requirements, social integration activities and any additional services required. What is Flexi Pay? Flexi Pay is an exciting app feature that gives healthcare staff the ability to instantly access an advance of up to 50% of the value of their existing shifts even on weekends and bank holidays What will I benefit from? An hourly rate of up to £12.93, including holiday pay Immediate pay with Flexi Pay Free uniform and DBS check Video interviewing A range of flexible shifts to choose from including part-time, full-time, day and night shifts Free training opportunities Access to appointments with NHS-registered GPs through a Virtual GP app Face to face and telephone counselling to help you when life gets tough. You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts and submit timesheets through our app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not mandatory. What will I need? You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. The right to work in the UK is a must.
