Interim HR Advisor Your new company Are yo immediate, do you have the ability to commit to a short-term temporary HR assignment? This immediate opportunity will be joining an organisation to support a short-term sickness. Working and reporting into the Head of HR and working alongside an established and progressive HR team. Your new role You will be responsible for supporting with recruitment, recruitment processes, offer management, on-boarding, handling lower level HR case work (absence management etc). Also assisting with line management coaching and supporting HR Manager with policy development. What you'll need to succeed The ability to commit to a temporary assignment with immediate effect, the ability to commit to a short-term contract, previous HR generalist experience and HR operations knowledge.
