Overview
A highly successful law firm based in Fallowfield is looking for a qualified or non qualified fee earner to manage an existing caseload of pre litigation RTA files. The salary on offer is up to £30,000. The role will involve managing your own caseload of Personal Injury matters. You will be surrounded by a supportive and hands on management team who want you get the most for the claimant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to determine whether the client has a valid claim, prepare client statements, access and quantify damages and identify & prepare cases for litigation. Day to day your duties will include: Managing your own RTA caseload Taking initial instructions from clients Obtaining all relevant details from the claim and adding cases onto the case management system Arranging recovery and storage of vehicles Experience with credit hire Maintaining a professional attitude at all times Providing updates and working closely with Partners on a regular basis.
