Read on to find out how those dreams can become your new reality: EnableYourGreatness at MHR Role responsibilities As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of the services being delivered from Managed Service. You will mentor and train Payroll Analysts in the best practice methods for processing and checking information to achieve our Service Level Agreements and high quality of processing. Builds strong customer relationship and effectively manages expectations where required. Main duties will be to: Signs off the accurate payroll before review by Payroll Service Manager Monitors the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are completed and updated accordingly. The first point of contact for escalation by customers. Proactivity contacts customers to discuss the service and prepares proposed changes for payroll manager to review with customer. Responsible for ensuring all service areas are being delivered in line with the customers Service Level Agreement Daily allocation of activity within resource available. Completes full reconciliation and checking of the payroll following the Standard Operating Procedures in place. Attention to detail at all times Investigations of any non-general communication issued by customer. Highlights data discrepancies to Payroll Service Manager. Proactivity seeks new learning opportunities through different methods Takes ownership of customers and issues to resolution and acts as the main point of contact for the customer. Implements action plans and resolutions for customer on an "AMBER" status and supports the team leader with progressing service improvement plans for "RED" customers. Deputises for Payroll Service Manager when absent. Maintain up to date knowledge on Payroll legislation Maintains a good level of IT skills Clear and logical thinking, solutions are provided before any escalation Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines A respect for confidentiality Proven delivery of working towards business values including mission statement of the manage services Centre Communicates with their team and customers on a regular basis Achieves a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ensure issues are escalated in an appropriate and timely manner. Induction of new starters into the department ensuring new starters induction process is followed including mentor status.
