Overview

This is a temporary 9 month contract and requires someone who can start working immediately. The HR Advisor will provide HR support on a day-to-day basis. Client Details A successful and credible brand. A not for profit organisation established over 30 years ago. Description Responsibilities of the HR Advisor: Provides operational support and guidance on performance improvement, disciplinary, grievance, absence etc. to Line Managers/ Management Undertakes disciplinaries, Employment reviews, Exit Interviews etc. Responsible for filtering CV's, working alongside recruitment agencies; Proactive recruitment platforms (i.e.) Social Media platforms (LinkedIn) First point of contact for employees and managers when it comes to end-to-end HR policies and procedures On-boarding of new employees Profile Requirements: CIPD qualified Substantial generalist HR experience Good people management skills and the ability to lead, empower, develop and motivate a team Up to date in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy and procedures Job Offer On-site parking On-site facilities Close to public transport and motorways Subsidised canteen on-site
