Overview

Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Children's Support Workers in the Welwyn areas to work in a Children's home. The main duties will include: - Supporting children with a range of needs including but not limited to learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health. Social, emotional and physical support to all children Manual handling and personal care. You must have: - A caring and empathetic nature Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable people Reliable working ethics A good communicator An active team player Be able to work flexible working patterns and often available at short notice At least 6 months’ experience working with Children in a care setting.
