Software Team Leader
Overview
We build the systems that power the supply chains and planning activities for retailers around the world that use OSP. As high-profile, mission critical apps, these require creativity and engineering prowess to succeed. Your job is to help build the department which makes that happen. We are seeking a Team Leader in our new London Development Centre where you will be responsible for building an all-star team. To be successful in this role you will need to be energised by experimenting with new processes and practices to boost team performance, and passionate about creating experiences which delight our customers. As Team Lead you will be responsible for growing a strong Supply Chain Demand Forecasting within our new office. Who you are You are focused on creating lasting business value. What you’ll do Build a new team to produce well engineered and tested software solutions. Facilitate the continuous improvement of your team with mentoring, coaching, 1:1s and feedback. Take an active role in championing positive development practices such as continuous delivery. Mentor team members and promote effective quality controls, such as code reviews. Take line management responsibility for the members of your team. Building a strong environment of ownership over the apps and features which are implemented.
