Goldman & Fine Group has an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Administrator to join a luxury car dealership in the Chelmsford area (3795). Skills and experience required: Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.); Previous experience within a dealership Vehicle Administrator role; High attention to detail; Excellent organisation skills to deal with a heavy administration workload; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Flexible approach to duties; Willingness to learn. The successful candidate will be responsible for Taxing new and used cars; Invoicing new and used cars, preparation of appropriate company handover packs; Setting up warranties for approved and non-approved vehicles; Checking and maintaining reports, demo stock reports and monthly demo write-downs on a timely basis; Maintaining payment records and conducting all relevant file checks; Processing and tracking department of motor vehicle registrations; and other duties as instructed by management.
