Bodyshop Controller Vacancy - Motor Trade Location: Glasgow Salary: up to 35k Bonus (OTE 45K) Hours: Monday to Friday 45 hours per week, start times can be flexible depending on your situation We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Controller / Workshop Controller for our clients brand new, state of the art, purpose built site based in the Glasgow area. This is an extremely exciting challenge for an experienced Bodyshop Controller who can confidently demonstrate their suitability for this role. You will possess excellent Man Management skills, be driven and focused. Your main objective as Bodyshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager will be to supervise the Panel Beaters, Paint Sprayers, Estimators and Administration staff accordingly in a very busy Bodyshop. You will be tasked with supervising a large team to make sure the work is done to a high standard while at a reasonable rate. It will be your job as Workshop/Bodyshop Controller to make sure the vehicles go through the Bodyshop in a seamless manner whilst liaising with the Service Advisors who can then keep the customers fully up to date. This is a vital role to make sure the Panel Beaters and Sprayers keep on their toes, prioritising work and ensuring that all the work is completed to manufacturer standard. The role will be busy so we need someone who isn't scared of working closely with the team and building a strong process. The company are investing heavily in this new site and will offer you the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to help drive the department forward.
