Overview
Forklift driver positions available in Oldham. Our client, a well-established furniture component manufacturer within walking distance of Oldham town centre, is looking for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers with availability for mornings OR afternoons (FIXED SHIFTS). This role may be split between FLT and warehousing duties. Heavy lifting will be involved. Your duties may involve: Driving FLT's (loading/unloading) Handballing Picking orders (FLT) Using computers You MUST hold a valid FLT counterbalance licence to be considered for this role. Hours and rates: (40 hours) - Mornings 7am-4pm Mon-Thur & 7am-1pm on Fridays. £9.00p/h rising to £9.58p/h after 12 weeks. Overtime paid at 'time and a half'. This is an opportunity to secure regular working hours on an ongoing temporary basis. There may be permanent opportunities in the future for the successful applicant.
