The delivery specialist plays a key role in delivery promises and delighting the customers. Cazoo has a head office in London and various hubs across the UK, one of which you will be based from. The founder and CEO are Alex Chesterman, he is one of the UKs leading digital entrepreneurs and has spent the last 20 years using technology to improve consumer experiences. In 2003 he founded Love Film which transformed the DVD retail market, followed by Zooplia in 2008 which delivered great transparency to the property market. The Role There's more to be a Cazoo delivery specialist than simply sitting behind a wheel. As one of our delivery specialists you will be the face of Cazoo's business, meeting customers every day and getting to work with supportive and enthusiastic teams. The first time the customers meet anyone from Cazoo will be when a delivery specialist delivers their car. That's why you and this role is so important to the business. You will receive training on quality and safety procedures, you will have the skills to safely operate the transporters and make sure everything is loaded properly. You will also complete quality assurance checks on the cars, making sure damage is noted before and after loading. Once you are with the customer you will complete the transfer, verification and identification whilst answering any questions the customer has and providing excellent customer service which wows the customer. Starting salary of £25,500 (outside of London) and £27,500 (South and London) per annum There is a quarterly bonus scheme, based on positive customer feedback where you can earn £250 per quarter There is a bonus scheme where all employees get a % of their salary at company milestones (eg.
