Senior Server and Storage Support Analyst - MSP West Yorkshire Up to £35K Basic Salary / Benefits Interaction is working with a Managed Services Provider in West Yorkshire that is looking to hire a Senior Server and Storage Support Analyst. This business has grown revenues and profit every year since its incorporation. There is no concern about delivery or a lack of technical support with this business Over 50% of the staff are IT technicians and the company has earned high level accreditations with many of the key technology solution providers. The business has also built its own data centre to provide hosted solutions to a variety of customers. As part of their next stage of growth they will be exclusively using Interaction Recruitment to find A Senior Sever and Storage Support Analyst. Specific technology know-how is a pre-requisite. The following experience is required: Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 (MCSA/MCSE highly desirable) Exchange 2010-2016 and/or Exchange Online Office 365 Public Cloud: Azure and AWS Virtualisation: Hyper-V and VMware ESXi/vSphere (VCP) Citrix: XenApp/XenDesktop/NetScaler (CCA/CCAA) Storage: Dell Compellent/EqualLogic/NetApp/Nimble Backup & DR: Veeam/Zerto/Datto HCI: VxRail/HyperFlex/SimpliVity/Nutanix In addition, any of the following skills or qualifications would be desirable: SQL SharePoint SCOM or SCCM Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams Cisco Routing/Switching/Security/Telephony (CCNA/CCNP) Meraki Wireless/Security (CMNA) KEMP Load Balancing Unix/Linux If you are interested in this Senior Server and Storage Support Analyst role please apply immediately.
