Secretary Competitive Salary, Pontefract Monday - Friday Are you currently a Secretary with excellent word processing and audio typing skills? Are you an Audio typist looking for a step up or change in career? Are you looking for a new and challenging opportunity? I am currently recruiting for a well known Solicitors who are seeking a Legal Secretary to be based in their Pontefract office on a permanent basis, full or part time. You will be responsible for providing support to various fee earners, allowing the department to operate at optimum efficiency. This will include; diary management, preparing correspondence, audio-typing and providing reception cover when necessary. As well as offering a competitive salary my client also offers an excellent benefits package including; 20 days holiday 8 bank holidays, additional time off over the Christmas period, rising holidays with each year of service, early finishes on Friday and an enhanced company pension of 8%. To be a part of this amazing company you must be a proficient audio typist, able to manage your own workload and prioritise the client care at all times. You will be in charge of opening/closing client files, supporting other secretaries and assisting with any incoming calls and post whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. Requirements This role will be working as a Legal Secretary within Industrial Disease, however any secretarial experience will be considered. To apply for this position you must have previous experience as a Secretary.
