Recruitment Operations Manager Basic to £40k Bonus International consultancy that specialises in the provision of permanent and contract recruitment solutions in both the public and private sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team. Operations Manager - What’s It All About? Our client is seeking a highly organised, fun individual with the experience and drive to oversee a variety of functions within this successful business. This is a varied and challenging role involving internal communications, staff onboarding, compliance, GDPR and website management. You will be a resilient and confident individual and be seated within the heart of the business. In addition to assisting with onboarding new members of staff, training and staff reviews, you will oversee compliance checks of nationwide contractors in a niche public sector, thus helping to ensure processes between client and candidate move forward smoothly. You will also be able to flex your creative muscles with the management of the company’s online presence with responsibility for updating the company website and social media platforms. Operations Manager - Who You Are Ideally the person will come from a similar operational role within a recruitment consultancy and be familiar with the myriad of issues and daily challenges faced. Alternatively, you might be a Senior Recruitment Administrator with extensive experience behind you and looking for a new challenge. All sectors of recruitment will be considered and man management whilst not essential is advantageous.
