Legal Secretary - Worcester £18,500 I'm currently working with a large and very reputable client who operate out of the Worcester in the West Midlands; my client are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their enviable and award winning Litigation and Personal Injury department as a Legal Secretary on a full-time basis, based out of their central Worcester office. Working from a well established yet modern office, with excellent commuter links, public transport accessibility and local available parking, this opportunity would suit someone with good experience gained by working as a Legal Secretary, and based within commutable distance of Worcester. Your main duties responsibilities as a Legal Secretary will be; Answering telephone calls and dealing with Client enquiries Taking accurate and detailed telephone notes Dictation / Audio typing Handling incoming mail and other material as directed Collating information Maintaining Case Management System Communicating with Clients and third parties, both verbally and in written correspondence Chasing evidence collection Using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers etc My client are offering a market-leading salary of up to £18,500 for the right candidate. Previous Litigation experience is desired but NOT essential so if you are an experienced secretary looking to expand your skills within a new area of law then this might be the role for you, however candidates with previous practice area experience will have an advantage If you feel that you would be a good fit for the role then please don't hesitate to apply and contact me for more information.
