Overview
Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are currently representing a successful organisation based on the outskirts of Harlow, seeking a HR Assistant to join them initially on an interim basic with the view to going on a fixed term contract/Permanent. Duties will include: Working closely with HR Manager and supporting on day to day Processing starters and Leavers Sending out offer letters and contracts Dealing with all aspect of Recruitment, arranging interviews and liaising with line managers Support in Grievances and Disciplinary meetings Taking notes Supporting HR manager with investigations Any ad-hoc HR Admin duties required This is an amazing opportunity if you can start asap and have a background within HR Admin or HR Assistant role looking for that next challenge where you would be able to learn about Employment Relations too.
