Overview
Castleview Group are currently looking to recruit Support Workers who have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You will have a minimum of six months experience in the care sector – providing support to service users with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour or physical disabilities. You will have a passion to deliver a high level of care and support to service users. You will be committed to treat all service users with dignity and respect. You will be flexible and display a positive attitude towards your work. You will provide individualised person-centred support for vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health You will take part in all aspects of everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities, all with the aim of providing as much independence as possible. General Receiving training appropriate to the role and maintaining an up to date training profile. Responsibility for the accurate maintenance of financial records appropriate to the duties of the post. Responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of self and colleagues in accordance with the requirements of the organisational Health and Safety Policies Qualifications and Experience Essential Level 3 in Health & Social Care - Or working towards this Desirable Experience working with Adults in a residential setting.
