Overview
We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join an outstanding clinical team within a highly rated care home, based close to Portsmouth, Hampshire. This care home is operated by a nationally recognised provider of luxury care homes that provides world class facilities to both its residents and staff. You will be tasked with delivering and implementing exceptional care for residents with general nursing and dementia care needs. You will have the ability to work autonomously and effectively promote health and wellbeing within the service.
