Recruit2Care are recruiting Health Care Assistants (HCA) for a variety of residential and nursing homes in the local area.The right candidate will have a positive attitude to person centred care, excellent communication skills & as well as being reliable will have a strong team / work ethic.We offer flexible working, full or part time to suit you, with early, late, long day and night shifts available. Excellent rates of pay, free training, free uniform, holiday pay & excellent support from the friendly office team.Duties include personal care, following residents care plans to promote person centred care & independence. Ensuring a high level of care is given at all times.You must be reliable and be able to work as both part of a team and independently.You must have the right to work in the UK.Successful candidates will be subject to and Enhanced DBS check and references. Skills Required You must be able to communicate effectively and have both verbal and written ability to understand and be understood.
