The Integrated Urgent Care Clinical Assessment Service operates 24/7, 365 days a year. It provides access for patients and Health Care Professionals to telephone triage, face to face consultations as well as digital online access points. The service delivers urgent care across the UK. About the job: Due to growth we have opportunities for 111 Health Advisors to join our busy service. This varied role includes answering calls from patients or healthcare professionals who need advice, taking and recording demographic details and using our triage system assess the health and clinical needs of the patient's. Our Health Advisors work alongside working clinicians to make an appropriate disposition for the patient. This may include referring calls to other services such as 999, Hospitals, GP's or our in-house clinicians. The successful candidate will have gained previous experience working in a challenging, fast paced environment working with customers delivering an exceptional premium service. In exchange for your dedication we can offer a clear career progression plan. We require you to complete our unique Pathways Training programme where you will receive full pay and a pathways licence. The training programme requires you to work full time hours unless agreed in interview.
