Credit Controller

Our client is looking for Credit Controller, with a high volume of call experience. You will be an empathetic person who also knows how to be assertive in a tough situation. Their next Credit Controller will be dealing with clients who may be in tough situations, and it is expected that you manage these situations with as much empathy as possible, but still achieving the outcome required. As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for managing aged debt and customer credit limits, monitoring and escalating when required. You will be taking payments, monitoring your accounts and maintaining customer records. Our client's next Credit Controller will be providing the best customer service for both internal and external customers.
