Process Engineer

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a global leader in speciality chemicals on their search for a talented Process Engineer to join their growing engineering team. Supporting the site in a range of projects that will deliver improvements to existing manufacturing efficiency, process safety and plant operations/processes, you will be a key provider of engineering expertise cross functionally. The Process Engineer's day to day duties will include: - Creatively generating commercially viable solutions to complex problems - Working on multiple Capital Projects from concept to conclusion - Providing chemical engineering expertise to various departments on site - Adding valuable knowledge across other engineering disciplines to provide solutions to drive efficiency and processes (mechanical & electrical engineering understanding) - Effectively communicating across the wider engineering and external teams - Improving established products and solving process issues on plant We are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience: - A degree in Chemical Engineering (& knowledge of other fields) - Experience managing capital projects from concept to conclusion - Experience on a Upper Tier COMAH site (desirable) - Effective communicator capable of working well within a team Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with engineering, technical and operational positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
