Ad-hoc site manager shift cover, Wales and surrounding areas. Your new company A leading house builder in Wales and surrounds looking for cover for the next few weeks on various sites across the region. Your new role You will be working for an industry leading, 5 star housebuilder with multiple sites running across the South West. Given the current climate and the company's current success there is opportunity for long term work for those who impress.You will be reporting to the Build Manager or Contracts Manager What you'll need to succeed For the best chance of success with this role you will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Ideally with some specific project experience in the residential developer market. As a minimum you will need to hold SMSTS, First Aid at Work and a CSCS card.
