Overview
We are recruiting an Interim Commercial Management Accountant for a West Midlands Local Authority to support the Council’s commercial activity. The main purpose of the role is to: - Contribute to the implementation of new commercial initiatives by providing financial analysis and evaluation - Lead on the monitoring and evaluation of financial information in relation to the Council’s Commercial and Traded We are looking for someone to: - Provide high quality, consistent financial advice, information and support to services across the Council in order to deliver successful commercial activity - Work with others to embed the principles of commercialism across the Council - Ensure advice and support takes account of the impact of current and new relevant legislative requirements. This is a 6 month Interim role based in central Warwick - Rate negotiable
