Angular Developer

FRG Technology Consulting ,
Leeds, West Yorkshire
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Overview

A survey of 71,000 developers in over 100 countries across the world indicated JavaScript to be the most popular language of 2018. A statistic experts believe is driven by the need for talented and ambitious Front End engineers. I am currently working in partnership with a UK leader in the insurance sector, who are looking to hire JavaScript engineers with experience with Angular. The roles are part of a recruitment drive to expand their digital function. The role is based in Leeds and involves working in a fully Agile environment. The focus of the role is to develop and deliver engaging web experiences across a range of platforms. Not only will these projects include collaboration with other talented engineers and senior stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of enterprise projects. In terms of requirements, the ideal candidate would be able to offer a range of skills. However rather than just regurgitate the Job description, the client has highlighted to me some key skills they are looking for. JavaScript - My client is looking for those passionate about object orientated programming, and who are creative in their approach. Angular - Proven commercial experience using Angular is essential, as the role will progress for you to act as SME on future projects. In return, you will benefit from a highly networked and very flat structured organisation. This means that people with an Entrepreneurial self-managed approach can really contribute to the strategic direction of the practice and be heard. Year on year my client invests into training their employees from the latest and greatest tech to leadership skills. Importantly, this is available to all. Which gives you the chance to cross-train and work on them technologies you have been itching to implement. In terms of package, my client can offer a competitive salary (between £25,000 - £38,000) alongside a non-contributory pension (9%), Bonus (10%) private health care and 1 Day remote work.
