Dean Healthcare a leading Health and Social Care Agency in the South West and would like to invite you to be a part of our ever-growing success We are currently seeking experienced and pro-active support workers to join our team at a unique home in Weston Super Mare which provides specialist mental health support for adults. Our residents require on-going mental health support, they may have had long stays in hospital or mental health services and need support in enabling them to manage independently. As one of our dedicated night support workers you will be assisting residents with personal care, enabling our residents to develop and sustain their skills using strengths-based approaches. This allows them to rediscover abilities, build resilience, achieve personal goals and re-establish their individual identity. We pride ourselves in person-centred support, enabling our residents to create their own meaningful occupation and includes accessing educational activity programs and workshops. We are looking for someone who is able to do waking nights on a regular basis. Above all we want someone that shares in our values.
