Solutions Architect Birmingham Up to £75,000 Bonus, Benefits, Car allowance Company Info A reputable Insurance and financial Service organisation based in Hove are seeking a talented and delivery focused Incident Coordinators to join their organisation and play a pivotal role in delivering multiple projects major incidents. You need to be passionate about Incident Management, ideally within a regulatory environment. Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Architecture team based in Birmingham. You will have a good and broad technical knowledge of modern IT approaches (multi-Cloud, API Integration, DevOps) coupled with experience of working across a complex portfolio of projects and an ability to influence senior management thinking. You will work with the team to ensure solutions for individual projects support to our long term strategic goals, comply with our architecture principles and that robust governance processes are employed to provide transparency over our decision making. Collaboration with stakeholders and developers will be hugely important, as well as sharing best practice and production of good quality documentation. You are a proven problem-solver, ideally with previous experience working in the General Insurance market. Perhaps you've been a mentor or had some other leadership experience in the past. About You You will have: Experience of Solution \ Business Architecture, Systems Analysis, Design and Development. A proven ability to communicate customer-centric solution and reference architectures to both technical and business users. Extensive experience in IT or IT related functions with first-hand experience of delivering in complex multi-vendor environments Experience of building, deploying and migrating existing workloads to cloud-based infrastructure Experience of integrating applications with multiple platforms and data sources (Mainframe, mid-range, SOA, ESB, API technologies) Required Qualifications BA / BSc level educated TOGAF or similar architecture framework Desirable Qualifications IBM Technology Windows\Linux Qualifications ITIL Cloud, Data, AI Certes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
