Insurance Administrator £18,000 - £19,000 Maidstone Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 23 days holiday (increasing to 25 with long service) plus bank holidays, Private Medical Insurance, paid CII exams This Insurance Administrator role is for a highly regarded, market-leader in their field who have a proven track record of developing and promoting their staff. This Insurance Administrator role would require someone with previous administration experience as it's a very intricate and key role for the company. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail (in particular with auditing and checking), excellent communication skills, a process-orientated way of working, basic maths and excellent prioritisation skills. Duties for this Insurance Administrator / Insurance Administration Support role will include but not be limited to: Answering and transferring telephone calls and checking answer phone messages Dealing with assigned post for the team's client base Reviewing and scanning any client documentation Responding to client emails and enquiries accurately and efficiently Building long term relationships with clients Attending client meetings with the dedicated Account Manager Accurately updating client records on the in-house CRM Assisting with client audits Checking client invoices and arranging for any credits to be raised The successful candidate will need to be available to interview on Monday 16th March 2020 (after a successful interview with us in our office). Our client is going through a very busy period of growth so there is an immediate start available but candidates on a notice will still be considered.
