We are looking for a dedicated and quality focussed Nursing Home Manager living close to the Darlington area of County Durham. This Residential and Nursing Care Home may also be commutable from the Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Redcar and surrounding areas. Salary £42K - £50K per annum DOE plus occupancy bonus. This Nursing Home Manager opportunity, skills & requirements for the vacancy As their Nursing Home Manager, you will play a crucial part in cascading best quality policies and practices, driving the home towards the highest possible standards of care. You will be key in raising standards, mentoring and motivating your team and taking the home to new levels. The home is purpose built, decorated to a high standard and surrounded by lovely gardens where residents can relax in the warmer months. You will ideally be a qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) or experienced in managing nurses. Level 5 in Leadership & Management or Health & Social Care. Proven track record in achieving CQC rating of "good." Proven longevity in previous roles. It is essential that you have a full driving licence.
