EY Foundation - Programme Delivery Coordinator Contract type - Permanent Location - Manchester City Centre The opportunity The EY Foundation is a charitable organisation set up by EY in the interest of supporting young people who face barriers in their transition into the working world. In 2019, the EY Foundation formed a partnership with the Caretech Foundation. As part of this partnership, we are piloting and preparing to establish our new 'Care to Employment' programme in 2020. We are looking to add to our teams across the UK in order to assist with the Care to Employment programme as it grows. Our team is passionate about changing the prospects of disadvantaged young people in the UK and work in a lively, flexible environment where no day is the same. If you share our vision, more details below Your key responsibilities Represent the EY Foundation at events (internal and external and includes evening/breakfast events) .Present at said events to groups of 10-300 young people All project management and administrative tasks related to planning and delivery of Care to Employment Work with referral organisations (local authorities, virtual schools etc) to recruit eligible young people Maintain positive relationships with key young people providers, local schools and colleges, employers, grant makers, local authorities and key EY stakeholders Actively recruit volunteers to support programme delivery Collect and analyse data and feedback from the young people, volunteers and employers partaking in the programmes, identifying opportunities for improvement To qualify for the role you must have Experience of working with or in third sector organisations that support young people, particularly those who face multiple barriers Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively Good presentation skills and previous experience of facilitating sessions/activities with young people Competent written communication skills and a good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint at a minimum Willingness to learn, adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities A good understanding of both the potential and challenges that young people with care experience have in relation to their transition into work Ideally, you'll also have Some experience of recruiting and training business volunteers Awareness of the landscape, policies and current agenda in relation supporting care experienced young people What working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package where you'll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
