Twin Employment and Training is one of the leading Welfare to Work Providers in the London area and also specialises in offering flexible training options to suit the needs of a wide range of learners. We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to ensure the employment and training programmes/contracts have effective administrative support and resources to successfully deliver the services. Ensuring all documents are pre-validated and entered into the Company’s/Prime’s database in a timely manner and that all Company/Prime procedures and processes maintain complete conformance to contractual and quality requirements. Duties include: Validate all paperwork prior to participants being entered on to databases. Complete data inputting of all Starts, Outcomes and Leavers each week, maintain up to date records and keeping errors within a 0% tolerance. Liaise with colleagues to maintain up to date records for each participant.•Adhere to Company’s Information & Data Protection Policy. Collate management information and provide weekly statistics as and when required. Gather monitoring information and help to compile monitoring reports, including data inputting into the company’s Management Information System. Manage petty cash and travel claims if and when required, in line with Twin Group's Petty Cash Policy. To adhere to the Petty Cash Policy and procedure at all times To work within Twin Group’s mission statement and values and in accordance with all its policies and procedures. Train staff in new processes on specific contracts Undergo regular supervision and appraisal, maintain a CPD record and identify and attend training as required.•Be flexible in your approach to your work load to facilitate the smooth running of a Welfare to Work & training establishment To act as an ambassador for Twin Group at all times. To contribute to the development of the Twin Group. To work in accordance with all policies and procedures of the Twin Group. To travel between Twin Group's satellite centres as and when required. Carry out all duties and responsibilities, whether specified above or otherwise, in a manner that will at all times promote and support the company’s objective of achieving continuous quality improvement in all aspects of its business. Responsible for supporting all paperwork for administration audits. Responsible for performing in accordance with all legislation. Contribute to the creation, implementation, measurement and continuous improvement of service delivery processes. Inter Alia You will have: Experience working in administration departments. Experience of PICs/CMS or similar Management Information Systems. Knowledge and/or experience of working in the welfare-to-work within a UK context an advantage. Good administrative and organisation skills (filing, data processing, procedures improvement). Literacy skills. Computer literate. Experience of successfully managing petty cash systems. You will need to display the following personal attributes: Ability to work effectively within teams and or on own initiative. Non-judgemental approach to working with client group.
