Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, for community rehab team based in Christchurch You will complete autonomous assessments in the community, for patients who require intermediate care or rehabilitation.
