Overview
James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst to join a highly-successful company based in Central Brighton. You will be responsible for the investigation, analysis and resolution of integration support issues across the panel of products including any 3rd parties. Own the backlog of connectivity support issues within the Integration team’s remit Ensure issues are resolved or escalated where appropriate Liaise with customers and 3rd parties to log, diary, chase and resolve issues Configuration/testing of product/ functionality You will have great helpdesk support experience and have knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
