Overview
Would you like to own the talent acquisition function for a hugely successful, expanding recruitment agency based in Bristol? Do you want to create systems around talent acquisition and training, whilst working as part of an incredibly high performing business? How does increasing talent attraction, cutting time to first deal and reducing attrition sound? As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you would be responsible for creating structures around the end to end talent acquisition process, and creating and delivering high impact training for new starters joining the firm, and more senior consultants. You would work with senior stakeholders within the firm to create a coherent talent strategy The client is a market leading technology recruitment firm, looking to undergo substantial growth over the next few years. They are highly ambitious, and operate a fast-paced, high-performance culture. The main responsibilities for the successful Talent Acquisition Manager will be: Taking responsibility for the entire end-to-end talent acquisition cycle. Proactively sourcing, headhunting and building relationships with the highest achieving talent on the market. Create and running a successful L&D programme, and rolling this out to all new starters. Working with senior stakeholders to create a coherent strategy surrounding the wider talent function The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will have: Experience working in an internal/talent acquisition role for a company in a relevant industry, with demonstrable success. Strong educational background. The drive and desire to work in a high-performance environment, whilst developing their own skills and making the most of the opportunities available.
