Overview

To manage and develop the Customer service team to ensure 1st class customer satisfaction and service. You will implement new processes and procedures and ensure your team have the tools to deliver strong customer service. Client Details My client is a well known manufacturer looking for a Customer Service Manager to join there South Gloucester based team. Description Monitor key accounts Implement policies and procedures within the Customer Service department Identify trends Keep track of teams KPI's and ensure these are being met Identify customer needs Create case studies to improve customer journey Team appraisals Weekly meetings Profile Proven experience within a Customer Service Management role (or similar) First class telephone manner Strong attention to detail Use of Microsoft packages Strong time-management skills Manufacturing background preferred - not essential Job Offer Full time £30,000-£35,000 Permanent Progression Great range of benefits
