Registered Manager for a 33 bed Residential Care Home currently rated Good by the CQC Your new company Having grown over the last 10 years,you will be working with a fast developing company, joining them at a very exciting time. This company really believe's in internal growth and promotion, so you will have the opportunity to progress. Your new role You will be managing a 33 bed residential home for older people, some with early stage dementia. The home is currently rated GOOD by the CQC, so you will be going into an established home with a settled team to support you. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as a manager is preferred, although an established deputy manager will be considered if you can demonstrate the right knowledge and experience for the role. You will need to be hands on, have a flexible approach an be happy to get stuck into the day to day work of the home and lead from the front.
