Power BI Developer Are you interested in working for an innovative organisation delivering excellent IT and business services? Spring are working in partnership with a leading energy company who are looking to recruit a Power BI Developer to join their existing team Canary Wharf £40k - £48k This role can be based in Canary Wharf, Sheffield, Leeds or Newcastle with Significant home working available Your role will be: As a Power BI Developer you will support the development and maintenance of core technologies including the Power BI cloud based services ensuring the solutions meet the needs of the business. You will also deliver information management and data analytics to stakeholders utilising data visualisation tools. The organisation are currently working on a large data migration project including migrating all existing data warehouses into an enterprise data management system of which you will be heavily involved and aligned to Your responsibilities will be Produce technical designs and reporting solutions using a range of tools and techniques Develop code to meet user requirements while assessing technical risks on projects Prepare and submit release instructions for UAT and production, perform integration testing and create documentation for the support processes Support stakeholders in designing and modelling a corporate data warehouse including managing schemas, supporting data marts utilising AWS and Microsoft BI technology Take on the Microsoft Power BI premium capacity administrator role including monitoring performance and capacity You will need Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power BI Strong experience with user experience and creating data visualisations Knowledge of Data Warehouses, ETL and other BI Platforms Working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI and the interactions between them A strong ability to take a practical approach to problem solving and communicate technical issues to a wide ranging audience Does this sound like you?
